Instead of being critical of ourself when we can’t live up to our own and others expectations, we can gain a profound self acceptance and a positive self image. This in turn will affect how we see others, allow us to see beyond their shortcomings, and respond to them in a kind and beneficial way.
This course is suitable for everyone.
You will need access to a webinar application called Zoom. You can watch up to 48 hours after the live event. You will receive a link to the live event, and then once the event has run you will receive a link to watch later should you prefer. The course will remain online for 48 hours after the event goes live. If you do not receive your links to this class please check your spam folder.
