Drop-in meditation classes (2 venues)

Come along and experience the benefits of meditation, which include better concentration and peace of mind. Classes are ideal for beginners and open to anyone. They consist of guided meditations, a talk and time for questions.

You can come to individual classes or attend the whole series.
