Drop-in meditation classes
Come along and experience the benefits of meditation, which include better concentration and peace of mind. Classes are ideal for beginners and open to anyone. They consist of guided meditations, a talk and time for questions. You are welcome to stay for refreshments afterwards. No need to book – just turn up. You can come to individual classes or attend the whole series.

Classes run from 7:30pm to 9pm and include guided meditations, a talk and chance for questions. The class is followed by refreshments. Everyone welcome. Drop in at any time.
