The centre hosts a variety of events to suit all levels of experience and interest in meditation and Buddhism. These are designed to help you to learn to relax, develop inner peace, and find out more about Buddhism in the company of like-minded people.

Half-day courses

Wind down and take a morning off to give your mind some peace and nourishment. An experienced Buddhist teacher will guide you through lots of relaxing meditation, and give an explanation of one or two areas of Buddhist thought that you can use every day to become happier and more grounded.

Day courses

Whether you are looking for an introduction to meditation or wanting to develop your understanding of Buddhist thought, our day courses are an ideal opportunity for those wanting a break from their busy lives. Through listening to and and contemplating Buddha’s advice we will learn to be able to live a more meaningful and happy life.
